1. Appointment Requests

All online bookings are considered appointment requests until confirmed by Avans Electric.
A team member will review your request and contact you to confirm the date, time, and service details.
Appointment times are based on technician availability and service area coverage.

2. Services

A final quote will be provided before work begins, and no additional work will be performed without your approval.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
Avans Electric reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to emergencies, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Access to Property

The customer must ensure safe and reasonable access to the work area at the time of inspection.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
We accept cash , check, and all major debit/credit cards.
Unpaid balances may be subject to late fees or collection costs.

6. Warranty and Liability

Avans Electric provides a warranty on labor and parts as specified in your service agreement.
We are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing electrical conditions, misuse, or unauthorized alterations after service.
Liability is limited to the cost of services rendered.
