- Appointment times are based on technician availability and service area coverage.
2. Services
- A final quote will be provided before work begins, and no additional work will be performed without your approval.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
- Avans Electric reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to emergencies, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Access to Property
- The customer must ensure safe and reasonable access to the work area at the time of inspection.
5. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
- We accept cash , check, and all major debit/credit cards.
- Unpaid balances may be subject to late fees or collection costs.
6. Warranty and Liability
- Avans Electric provides a warranty on labor and parts as specified in your service agreement.
